Moving to CoolPay from CDM+? Your donors' saved payment methods can be transferred so recurring gifts continue without interruption. As with any payment migration, this happens provider-to-provider for security: CDM+'s payment provider, Paragon, sends the data directly to CoolPay's payment provider, Justifi.
How it works
You request your payment tokens from CDM+. Paragon then coordinates the secure transfer directly with Justifi, the sensitive data never passes through you or through email in the clear.

Attestation of Compliance (AOC): request the PCI-DSS Level 1 AOC through Justifi's trust portal, https://trust.justifi.tech/, and their security team will send it over.

Secure delivery: the transfer uses PGP-encrypted instructions and a secure upload destination (SFTP/portal), detailed in the migration instructions above.
What you need to do
For most organizations your part is simple: start the request with CDM+/Paragon and point them at the resources above. Our team and Justifi handle the secure hand-off.
