Every event has a public page where guests can view event details, get tickets, sponsor the event, or give. Use Fundraising Events → Event page to customize its branding, invitation, content, and guest details.
Open the page design editor
From the event hub, open Communications → Event page for the event you want to customize. Event settings control the event name, dates, and venue.
The event date and venue display beneath the invitation and in the details card. Edit them in Event Settings.
The block library
The page editor groups controls by the part of the page they change: Event Brand, Invitation, Event Details, and Content Sections.
Event Brand: Set colors, logo, and the hero banner image. If you leave the color unset, the public page and its buttons use your organization's donor portal color instead of a generic default. Ticket confirmation and sponsorship emails use the same colors and logo, so an event that hasn't set its own branding sends with your organization's donor portal colors and logo instead.
Invitation: Write the opening text. Show or hide its call-to-action button and set the button label. The venue name and address open a Google Maps search in a new tab, so guests can get directions straight from the page.
Event Details: Add the speaker, attire, guest notes, and a dinner and program schedule. CoolFocus also shows that schedule in the program section.
Content Sections: Edit the sections guests read on the page, such as a mission statement or program description. Select a section in the preview to open its settings.
The sponsor box on the page is not part of this editor. It lists sponsors whose sponsorship record has "appear on event page" turned on; add, remove, or reorder sponsors from Sponsorships in the event hub. See Sponsorships.
Use the desktop and mobile preview controls to review the page at each size. Select Preview donor portal to open the public-page preview in a new tab.
To copy the event's actual public page URL, for example to send to guests, open Settings → Branding & appearance. It shows the event's slug with a copy button, along with the full public page link once your donor portal is set up.
Draft, preview, and publish
Edit the page. The design preview updates as you work.
Click
Save draftto keep your changes without changing the public page.Click
Publishwhen the page is ready. CoolFocus saves pending changes and publishes them to the donor portal.
Guests see the last published version until you publish again.
The preview always shows your draft, even before you publish it for the first time. Whenever a design has never been published or has changes waiting, CoolFocus shows a "This design is not live" notice above the editor so you don't mistake the preview for what guests actually see.
