HopeSync: Clara Ai (formerly Infinite Worth) can participate in CoolFocus scheduling through any of these:
a hosted booking widget, set up directly on the HopeSync integration page
a direct Scheduler API connection
a PlusLink call-center connection
Your organization's agreement and provider configuration determine which path applies.
Note about names
HopeSync: Clara Ai is the current display name for the former Infinite Worth integration in CoolFocus. It uses the same AppKey and connection. Do not create a duplicate connection.
Some screens and appointment records may label a Booking Conversation with the source name "Clara."
Hosted booking widget setup
A hosted booking widget gives HopeSync a working booking link right away, without waiting on a direct Scheduler API connection.
Open Settings > Integrations > HopeSync: Clara AI.
Under Hosted booking link, choose an existing scheduler widget from the Booking widget list, or select No widget selected to disconnect one.
Check the readiness status shown on the page. It tells you when the widget is ready to hand to HopeSync, or what to fix first, such as an inactive widget, an unavailable portal, or an appointment type and location scope that needs review.
Once the widget is ready, copy the hosted link or open it directly to give to HopeSync.
Selecting a hosted widget is separate from the direct Scheduler API connection below. It does not change your CoolFocus API key or your Show on API settings for any appointment type.
The appointment types and locations available through the hosted link come from that widget's own scope, configured under Settings > Embed Widgets. Appointments booked through the hosted link record their source as Infinite Worth.
Direct Scheduler API behavior
With a direct credential, HopeSync can read eligible centers, appointment types, booking instructions, booking questions, and availability. It can submit appointments and manage appointments created with that credential.
Direct API appointment types must be active and have Show on API enabled.
Chat conversation on the appointment
When HopeSync submits a booking with its Clara chat conversation, that conversation shows on the resulting appointment as a read-only Booking Conversation labeled with the source name Clara. It no longer appears mixed into the appointment Notes. See Appointments for details.
PlusLink behavior
When HopeSync is configured as a PlusLink call-center provider, the location uses PlusLink registration and call-center time slots instead of Show on API. Provider appointments arrive as pending for center review.
Determine your setup
1. Ask HopeSync whether your organization uses its hosted booking widget, its direct CoolFocus scheduling connection, or PlusLink.
2. Ask CoolFocus Support to verify which credential, widget, or registration exists.
3. Configure the hosted booking widget, Show on API for a direct connection, or PlusLink time slots and registration for a PlusLink connection.
4. Have HopeSync confirm activation on its side.
5. Complete an end-to-end appointment test.
Current availability
All three CoolFocus connection patterns exist and have been used. Final availability depends on HopeSync confirming which product and connection it supports for your organization and completing its rollout.
CoolFocus Support can verify the CoolFocus-side settings and recent activity. HopeSync controls its product experience, enrollment, and partner-side activation.
