Looking for a report you ran in CoolFocus 3? Search for it by its old name. CoolFocus 5 knows every CoolFocus 3 report name and shows you where that report lives now.
CoolFocus 3 closes on January 31, 2027.
Search by the old name
Go to Reports.
In the search box (Search reports or CoolFocus 3 names...), type the report name the way you knew it in CoolFocus 3, for example
Giving Statement With CampaignsorSponsored Contributions Summary.A From CoolFocus 3 section appears above the other reports. Click the name.
The line under each name tells you what happens when you click it:
Now and a report name: the report has a new name in CoolFocus 5. Clicking opens it.
Opens as a ... list: in CoolFocus 5 this report is a list. Clicking builds the list for you, with the filters, grouping and totals already set and dates for this year. Change the dates if you need to, then click Save As to keep it so it's one click next time. Until you save it, only you can see it.
Outside Reports now: the report moved somewhere else, such as a statement you print or email from a donor. Clicking shows the steps.
Not here yet · Ask for it: there is no CoolFocus 5 version yet. Clicking opens a chat with the report name filled in, so we know you need it. Until then it still runs in CoolFocus 3.

CoolFocus 3 reports that run in CoolFocus 5
About 50 CoolFocus 3 reports are in CoolFocus 5 under their CoolFocus 3 names, for example Donor Listing, Expiring Pledges, Campaign Contributions and Pledges, Distinct Clients, Visit Details and Visits by Primary Reason. They are listed in Reports with the other reports in their area, and say From CoolFocus 3, with the same numbers.
They ask for the same things CoolFocus 3 asked for, such as dates, fund, source or location, and most start with the last 90 days.
Fund, source, location and program can take more than one choice, as in CoolFocus 3.
Results are laid out the way CoolFocus 3 printed them, with Print and Export CSV.
If your user group limits which records you can see, these reports won't open for you. Ask an administrator, or chat with us.

Giving Statement With Campaigns (or With Funds): campaigns are called funds in CoolFocus 5. Open Give > Donors (or one donor's record), click Print, choose Documents, pick Giving Statement With Funds, and set the date range. Use Email instead of Print to send it. See Giving Statements.
Sponsored Contributions Summary: opens as a Contributions list of gifts that credit a sponsored person or church, grouped by that person and then by source, with totals.
Sponsored Contributions and Pledges: now the Sponsored Contributions report. It lists gifts that name a Sponsored Person/Soft Credit. Pledges are not in it yet, so for sponsored pledges filter Give > Pledges by Sponsored Person/Soft Credit.
A statement for each sponsored person: filter Give > Contributions to the gifts you want, click Print, choose Documents, pick Sponsored Person Statement, and set the date range.
Center Overview and Center Statistics: now Location Overview and Location Statistics.
Receipts by Date: a Contributions list filtered by Date Received. See Giving Data for a date range.
