Go to coolfocus.app.

When the login screen appears, click Forgot Password?

Enter your User Name.
​Note: Your User Name may not be your email address. Check with your System Administrator if you do not know your User Name.

Click Submit and a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your CoolFocus User Name.

Click Reset Password in the email from CoolFocus.

Enter new Password.
The Password must be at least 6 characters and contain an upper and lowercase character, a symbol, and a number.

Click Reset Password.
