Steps to Restore a Deleted Intake Form
Access the Settings Menu Log in to your account with administrator privileges and navigate to the Settings section.
Click Delete History Tab Within the Settings menu, locate and click on the Delete History tab on the left menu panel. This tab stores the history of deleted items, including intake forms.
Locate the Deleted Intake Form Search for the intake form you wish to restore from the list of deleted items. Ensure you select the correct form.
Restore the Intake Form Once you find the desired intake form, click on the Restore option to recover it. The intake form will be reinstated to its original location in the system.
