CoolFocus provides a convenient Delete History feature to help users locate and inspect items that were previously deleted. The following guide outlines how you can access this functionality and view additional details of deleted items.
Accessing Deleted Items in CoolFocus
To locate items that have been deleted in the CoolFocus application, you must have Administrator access applied to your User record. Then, follow the instructions below:
Open the Settings menu from your username in the top right corner.
Select Delete History from the left menu panel.
In this section, you will find a list of all deleted items stored in chronological order.
Highlight the deleted item in the grid and click View to open it.
Select Restore to restore the information to the record it was deleted from.
Note: Only items deleted by users within your organization will appear if permissions are in place.
