Use Client Advanced Search to filter clients enrolled in Earn While You Learn by their pregnancy intentions, then export the results for follow-up.
Before you begin: Clear any existing client list filters to ensure accurate search results.
Filter by program and intent
Go to Clients in your main navigation.
Click Advanced Search above the client list.
Navigate to the Initial Assessment and Intentions tab.
In the Initial Assessment field, select Abortion Minded.
In the Current Intention field, select Undecided or Abortion as needed.
If filtering by program enrollment, check the relevant tab (e.g., Programs) and select Earn While You Learn.
Click Search to display matching clients.
Export your results
Once you have your filtered client list:
Quick export: Click the Export button to download an Excel file of the current results.
Detailed report: Go to Reports > Advanced Search Results, select Clients from the dropdown, and run a report like Distinct Clients to include Initial and Current Intentions columns for further offline filtering.
Use multiple intention values (e.g., both "Undecided" and "Abortion") to capture all at-risk clients in one search. You can refine the list further in your exported report.
