No, the standard Visit Reasons list is permanent and cannot be deleted, hidden, or modified. This list is built into CoolFocus for all organizations.
The standard Visit Reasons support statistical reporting for Care Net, Focus on the Family, and Heartbeat. This ensures consistent data across the platform.
While the standard list remains visible, you can add your own custom Visit Reasons through Validation Tables. Your custom options will appear alongside the standard list in the dropdown.
To add custom Visit Reasons:
Click your user name in the upper right corner
Select Settings
Click Validation Tables in the left menu
Find and select Visit Reasons
Add your custom options and check Active to make them available
If you have custom Visit Reasons you no longer need, uncheck the Active box to remove them from the dropdown. This keeps historical data intact while reducing clutter in your list.
The standard list ensures data consistency across all CoolFocus organizations for aggregated reporting purposes and cannot be removed to maintain this consistency.
