Infinite Worth books client appointments for your center through a hosted booking link. You choose which appointment types and locations the link offers, then send the link to your Infinite Worth contact. There is no API key, credential, or sync to set up.
Infinite Worth and HopeSync: Clara AI are separate integrations. HopeSync connects through the Scheduler API and has its own page under Settings > Integrations. See HopeSync: Clara Ai scheduling integration.
Before you start
Infinite Worth is available to pregnancy centers using CoolFocus 5.
You need permission to manage Embed Widgets. Administrators have it.
You need an active client or schedule portal. The booking link is hosted on it.
Each appointment type you choose must be active and offered at one or more of the locations you choose. See Appointment Types and Booking Rules.
Step 1: Open the Infinite Worth page
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Infinite Worth, click Configure.
Step 2: Choose what Infinite Worth can book
If your organization has more than one portal, choose the Portal that should host the link.
Under Appointment types, select every appointment type Infinite Worth may book.
Under Locations, select every location Infinite Worth may book at.
Click Save. Your first save creates the booking link.
Infinite Worth can only offer what you select here. Clients still see only open times that fit each appointment type's schedule and booking rules.
Step 3: Send the link to Infinite Worth
Under Send this link to Infinite Worth, click Preview to see exactly what Infinite Worth will see.
Click Copy link and send it to your Infinite Worth contact.
When the page shows Ready to send, the link is working. On the Integrations page, the Infinite Worth card then shows Connected.
Changing appointment types or locations later
Open the Infinite Worth page, change your selections, and click Save. The change applies to the same link right away, so you do not need to send Infinite Worth a new link.
If the page says Infinite Worth cannot book
The page shows three checks. Fix the one that is not green:
Portal: the portal is inactive. Activate it, or choose another portal.
Booking settings: the saved settings can't be read. Select appointment types and locations again, then save.
Appointment and location pairings: a selected appointment type or location is inactive, or an appointment type isn't offered at any selected location. Update the selection, or offer that type at one of the locations.
If the page says The booking link is turned off, click Save to turn it back on.
Appointments Infinite Worth books
Appointments booked through the link appear on your Scheduler calendar like any online booking, with the source Infinite Worth. See Appointments.
Lost the link?
Open Settings > Integrations > Infinite Worth. The link is always shown under Send this link to Infinite Worth, and it doesn't change when you edit the settings.
