CoolFocus now integrates with Acuity Scheduling via Zapier! Currently, there is a $24 monthly fee for this integration. We will create and manage the "Zaps" needed for this integration. (You do NOT need a Zapier account.)
You will need to have an Acuity Scheduling account. The fee structure for this is based on the number of locations. Their website is acuityscheduling.com for more information.
How does this integration work?
You will set up time slots to make available to Clients to schedule an Appointment on your website through Acuity Scheduling.
If a Client Schedules an Appointment on your website via Acuity Scheduling, that Appointment will be added to Scheduler on CoolFocus with a status of Pending.
If a Client Reschedules an Appointment through Acuity Scheduling, the Appointment will be rescheduled on Scheduler in CoolFocus, and the Status will be changed to ReScheduled.
If a Client Cancels an Appointment through Acuity Scheduling, the Status of the Appointment in CoolFocus will be changed to Canceled.
Important Information:
The integration with Acuity Scheduling and CoolFocus passes data through a third-party tool called Zapier. The link below provides more information on Zapier's Data Privacy:

WayCool Software would also suggest that your organization NOT collect ANY personal data or PHI beyond the required email address and phone number via Acuity Scheduling.
