Steps to Renumber a Case in a Client's record:

  1. Access the Case: Navigate to the Case you want to update.

  2. Enter Edit Mode: Locate and click on the Edit button in the top-right corner of the Case details page.

  3. Update the Case Number: Find the field labeled Case Number, and update it with the desired new number (e.g., change Case 3 to Case 2).

  4. Save Changes: Once the new Case number has been entered, save your changes to finalize the update.
