Quick Find in the left sidebar of the Clients tab lets you search for clients by date of birth. Type the birth date to see all matching client records.
Search by date of birth
Go to Clients in the top navigation.
In the Quick Find field in the left sidebar, type the client's date of birth (e.g.,
05/15/1990).Select the client from the results list.
Click View Client to open the record.
Troubleshooting
No results appear:
Refresh your browser page and try again.
Verify the client's intake form was submitted (not saved as "Not Submitted"). See Helpful Hints: Client Dashboard for details on submitting intake forms.
Clear any active search filters using the orange CLEAR SEARCH button on the Client List page.
Still can't find the client? Go to Clients > List and use the search or filter options to locate the record.
Use a 4-digit year when entering dates to ensure accurate searching.
