These three reports are under Reports, in the Cases group. Each has a date range, an optional Location filter (the case's location), and Dashboard and Data views.
Babies Born
Counts babies born to clients your center served. A case is included when:
its outcome is one of the Baby born outcomes (including still born, now deceased, and adoption placement) or Parent, and
its Birth Date is in the Birth Date Range you choose (year to date to start).
Babies Born counts babies. Twins and triplets count when a name is entered in Baby Name 2 and Baby Name 3 on the case.
Cases With Birth Outcomes counts cases, so twins count once.
A case with no Birth Date isn't included. In CoolFocus 3 you could include cases with only an Outcome Date; in CoolFocus 5, enter the Birth Date. The CoolFocus 3 option to group by case counselor isn't available.
Babies Due
Lists upcoming due dates so you can plan follow-up. The Due Date Range starts on all time. The due date is the ultrasound due date when there is one; otherwise it's the LMP-based due date.
A case is included only when:
it is active (open),
its last pregnancy test isn't Negative or missing (Positive, Inconclusive, Results Pending, and No PT are kept), and
its outcome isn't Abortion, Miscarried, Baby born: still born, Baby Born: Now Deceased, Baby born: Adoption Placement, or No Contact Permission.
Other Baby born outcomes still appear. Unlike CoolFocus 3, there's no option to include closed cases or all outcomes. A case with no due date at all isn't listed. Due This Month and Due Next Month are counted from today's date, within your Due Date Range. Babies Due opens in the Data view, sorted by due date.
Abortion Vulnerable Clients
Counts cases whose Initial Assessment is Abortion Minded, Abortion-Vulnerable, or Abortion Determined, with an Initiated Date in your range (year to date to start).
Total At-Risk counts cases, open and closed. A client with two at-risk cases counts twice.
Active Cases counts the ones still open.
Locations with Cases counts how many different locations those cases belong to.
The date range always uses the case's Initiated Date, not visit dates. The CoolFocus 3 options to hide names, group by case counselor, or limit to clients with a visit in the range aren't available. Use the Data view to group and sort the cases.
Location Overview's at-risk numbers count only Abortion Minded and Abortion-Vulnerable and count clients with a visit in your range, so they won't match this report. See Why Your Center Report Numbers Differ.
