These steps are for CoolFocus 5.
Your van stops at a different place each day. Make each stop its own location, so clients see exactly where to go, and group the stops so you can see them together.
Make each stop a location
Go to Settings → Scheduler → Locations and add or open the location for the stop.
Turn on This is a mobile stop. It's "a place your mobile unit visits. Each stop keeps its own address, openings and report line."
Fill in the stop's address, then set its hours on the Hours tab.
When you turn on a mobile stop, the street address is hidden online by default, since a venue often changes. You can change that on the location.
Group the stops
A group shows locations together on the calendar and in reports. It never limits when clients can book.
Go to Settings → Scheduler → Location Groups.
Type a name, like "Mobile Unit", and click Add group.
Tick the locations that belong in it.
You can also pick a group from Location group on the location itself. A location is in one group at a time.
Directions for the whole group
On a group, Directions and arrival info is sent with reminders and confirmations for every location in the group, after the location's own directions. Use it for things like "Call us if you can't find us. We are only using a parking space." Click Save directions when you've changed it.
Openings at each stop
Add openings at the stop the way you do anywhere else: Create → Opening, and choose the stop as the location. Clients booking online see the stops that have openings coming up.
On the Calendar, the Locations chips at the top of the right-hand sidebar turn each stop on or off.
