If your organization is transferring to CoolFocus from eKyros Centerpiece, we are here to help! Here are the steps to get the process started:
Go to waycoolsw.com and click the "Sign up to start using CoolFocus" button. We will create an empty database for you and let you know when that is ready, usually within one business day.
Contact us via support@waycoolsw.com to schedule a TENTATIVE conversion date. You can also start a chat when logged into CoolFocus to schedule this date.
After we set the date, contact eKyros to inform them of your need for data export on the date agreed upon.
On that day, you will receive two emails from eKyros. The first will include a LINK to DropBox with your data, the second will contain a Password for that link. FORWARD BOTH EMAILS TO support@waycoolsw.com.
IMPORTANT: Click the link in the first email and enter the password from the second email to download your data. MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA FOR PERMANENT RETENTION. If there are issues with data conversion discovered after 30 days of the conversion date, we may need access to this backup.
Next, we do the hard work of conversion; we will let you know when that is ready for review.
IMPORTANT: Login to CoolFocus and REVIEW YOUR DATA. Notify us of any discrepancies or missing data and we will work to resolve any issues.
